New Blog Changes are Here!

Have you noticed? My blog has a new look and feel! It’s now easier to navigate and search for entries; plus, I’ve added in a new content topics that I’m excited to share with you… head over to the blog and see what’s new!
After 3 years and close to 200 blog entries later, I decided to give my blog the refresh it needed. Self-admittedly, blogging has been on the back-burner this last year, but I’m now starting to get back into the swing of things and feeling motivated. I want to get myself back on track and that means a stronger focus on healthy eating, wellness and lifestyle changes.
What’s new?
1.) A Content Refresh
What can you expect? A slightly revised focus and content shift, which I’m calling:
“Live Clean. Live Healthy.”
“Clean” to me is much more than a sparkly home. “Clean” means a healthy diet, a clear mindset, a de-cluttered home. It’s a holistic approach to a healthier lifestyle. I aim to eat and live clean.
So expect… new recipes and posts about how I stay organized in our home and in my daily life!
2.) Easier Navigation
The blog is now easier to navigate and search – YAY!
Blog topics can be found on the header of the site and there are now sub-heads so you can look up specific categories of interest like “IVF” or “Dinner Recipes” or “Organization”.
There’s also a new “Search” tool where you can add keywords to find a specific blog. For example, if you’re looking for my Shrimp Zoodle recipe, type in “zoodle” and it’ll pop up. Easy!
3.) Recommendations
I now have an Amazon Storefront with all the products I use and love. Everything I use regularly – from my favorite organization tools, to my cooking utensils to healthy grocery items – is on there and categorized accordingly.
I love sharing tips, favorite products and even my loyal handyman – so it felt like the perfect complement to my blog to share some of the products I incorporate into my daily life. Let me know how you like this addition!
From the items I cook with daily to the what helps me meal plan successfully to my food staples, I’ve included all my recommendations within the store front. You’ll often see me referring to these in my Instagram stories (this is where I often share my recipes and organization projects etc).
And, yes, in full transparency, I do get a small commission on these referrals but believe me guys, it’s tiny and not the reason I’m doing this!! I just know that as a blog reader myself, I love when people tag what they’re using and where they got them, since I may want to purchase those items too.
You can check out my My Amazon here. (Bookmark this page!😉)
Are you not yet subscribed? Adding your email here means you’ll get blogs to your inbox when I publish them (it’s not frequent so don’t worry, I won’t bombard you!) 😜.
You can also follow me here on Instagram here. I am a big fan of “Stories” so you’ll often hear me telling you about my grocery runs, see me making dinner for the fam or getting knee-deep in another organizational project. It’s fun, follow me!

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2016 and put on Avonex immediately. I also discovered the Swank MS diet and went on it soon after being diagnosed. A few years later, my liver enzymes were affected and my neurologist said she had other patients who were just on the Swank diet, so I went off the Avonex and have just been on BEST HEALTH HERBAL CENTRE MS HERBAL TREATMENTS for several weeks. Now, 15 years after my diagnosis, my annual MRI shows no additional lesions and I have no disability. All my symptoms declined. I work as a realtor and interior designer and am on my feet all day. I am 63 and going strong. Anyone who reads this please do everything you can to get early treatment from
