This event means a lot to me – you can read more about the inspiration about it here – and I’m excited to see it all come together! I didn’t know exactly what I was getting myself into when I decided to do this but it’s turning out to be bigger and better than I could’ve imagined thanks to Loft on Lake, who generously gifted us their incredible space, and Art of Imagination who has graciously offered their design expertise to truly transform the night. I can’t wait to share with you the final result – visually, I think it’s going to be so awesome! Even better, we are bringing together the MS community to share in a night of hope, inspiration and gratitude for all the progress that’s been made and what’s to come. My blog has connected me to MSers all over the world, some of whom I consider my friends but have never met. A few are even traveling to be here to share in this experience, which to me, is just such a testament to how strong our MS community is.
To add icing to the cake, the president of the National MS Society IL chapter, Sarah Rodriguez, is not only going to be there but she is doing a live Q & A with our host for the evening, Whitney Reynolds, to share the latest and greatest developments in the MS world. This is something you won’t want to miss!
