Our baby girl is 6 months old today! Time has flown by but it’s been nothing short of the best, most rewarding 6 months of our lives.

 In the last few months, this tiny, sweet little girl has brightened each day and has taught me more than I even knew possible – from patience to flexibility to slowing down and enjoying the simplest pleasures of life. She’s so sweet-natured, curious and already showing signs of being one tough cookie. With her I have felt nothing short of a pure, unwavering love and she’s completely stolen my heart (if that’s not obvious already).

Being home with her this past month, I’ve had the pleasure of watching her change from a newborn to an active baby. She’s so alert, cognizant of everything around her and smiles at a drop of a hat. She’s getting ready to crawl (I swear, she’s scooting already!) and is almost sitting up on her own. I am so excited to introduce her to solid foods (starts today!) and see how she continues to develop before my eyes.

Happy 6 months, my sweet girl. I love being your mama!
