Gallery Wall 101

I’m a sentimental person and a bit of picture fanatic, so I knew I wanted to somehow incorporate a gallery wall into our home. For those of you who may not know the term, a gallery wall is a collection of your favorite photos or prints that are placed strategically on an empty wall. I considered having one in our family room since it’s a casual space where we spend a lot of time but ultimately decided to feature it in our staircase since we had a large, empty wall where it could grow over time. Fun Outdoor Dining Dishes

We try to spend as much time as possible on our deck during summer. Whether we’re grilling for family dinner on a Sunday or entertaining friends for wine and appetizers, we try to utilize the space as much as possible. Since we’re out there so much, I’ve tried to make the space inviting and enjoyable, incorporating comfortable furniture, outdoor speakers, and vibrant colors – especially with our flowers, pillows and dishes.

Our Home

Living Well and Strong with MS means more than just managing a disease. It means living your life to the fullest and figuring out a way to balance your health with the many other aspects of your day-to-day. First and foremost, I’m a mom and a wife but I also have a full-time job, friendships to maintain and hobbies and interests that shouldn’t be ignored. I do my best to make time for all of the above because those things ultimately lead me to a happier me.
