As you all know, finding a cure for multiple sclerosis is something that’s near and dear to my heart. Whether through donating or walking along side me, I’d like to ask for your support in this year’s Walk MS, a fundraiser supporting the National MS Society and furthering research for medical advancements and promise for a cure.

  • When: Sunday, April 30 at 11am (suggest getting there at 10:45am)
  • Where: Soldier Field – Southeast field

Can’t make it but want to support the cause? You can donate here. Please see inside for all the details on how you can get involved.

Save the date!

Please join me at this year’s Walk MS event on Sunday, April 30 at 11am at Soldier Field or consider donating to support finding a cure. Donations can be made here.

This will be my 3rd year participating in Walk MS. Our team “Oscar’s Mom” began out of kindness and support from my dear friend, Tuesday, who wanted to help me during a difficult time after my diagnosis. Since then, as a team, we’ve raised over $52,000 to help find a cure for multiple sclerosis. This has been no small feat and Oscar’s Mom has made a difference in the fight that so many people are battling daily.

This event is more than just a fundraiser to me..

… It’s an opportunity to stand up to MS and commit to another year of kicking its ass (!!) with the people who love and support me most

…It’s a chance to celebrate the progress and advancements that have been made and to recognize the work that still needs to be done

.. most importantly, it’s a reminder of how fortunate I am that I can actively participate in something as simple as a 1 mile walk. Every year I’m able to walk this Walk, is a gift in itself and I will never take that for granted.

I can’t thank all of our friends and family enough who’ve been there for us, year after year, and contributed to this important cause. Truly means so much to us. Thank you.

How can you support us?

I know you all have a lot going on so there are many ways – both big and small – you can participate.. Any or all would be greatly appreciated:

  • You could walk with us on 4/30 by joining our team here– All you need to do is click “Join our team” and fill out your info
  • As a team member, you could fundraise on our behalf– Whether you make a self donation or send an email to your network asking for support, your help here would be greatly appreciated
  • Can’t make it to the Walk but would like to support the cause? You can donate hereNo amount is too small and every bit helps get us closer!

Thank you again for your constant, unwavering support year after year. I hope to see you on 4/30!

Best,

Angie

I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2014 but had my first symptoms in 2012. both my legs were spasming mostly at night which made sleeping difficult. I tried Copaxone for about 5 years or so. The Copaxone causes joint pain, I have tried several types of medications but all made me sick. In 2019 I went to a care facility, life was too difficult at home for my husband and family. I was advised by one of the nurse at the care facility to try natural treatments, She introduced me to Mayaka Herbal Clinic, spoke to my husband about it and he went online to research, My husband read positive reviews from other people who used the product from Mayaka Clinic, We decided to start me on the treatment. Its been 7 months since I completed the treatment, It has made a tremendous difference for me. all my symptoms including poor vision, pain, fatigue, and other symptoms stopped Visit their website ww w . mayakaherbalclinic .com
